Yes, its that time again! And Surrey Islamic Society is stepping up the mark again this year. Make sure you come over at Freshers Fair and introduce your new friends to the society.
Eid Prayer will be at 8:00am which will be followed by the Eid Sermon. Then we will have breakfast as prepared by the Muslim community.
You are cordially invited to a talk show with audience participation entitled: 'Why Islam?' hosted by Surrey Islamic Society. This event will be delivered during the month of Ramadan and will be followed by an evening meal (around 8pm). The talk show event will be different from an average lecture as there will be a very interactive Q&A session with the audience so please feel free to prepare your questions in advance.
The committee will be meeting up next week to discuss our overall plan for this upcoming academic year. The meeting will include our plans for Jummah Prayer, 'Eid ul Fitr, Freshers Fayre, Regular Activities, Marketing, Media, Business, Main Events and much more... (more...)
